Angoon

2 & 4 bedroom Low Rent rental homes. The rent charge is based on 30 percent of the monthly household income which includes all utilities except for electricity. There is a minimum rent charge of $150. Because of the NAHASDA funding source, applicants must provide a copy of their tribal enrollment card in order to be eligible.

Craig

1 bedroom Low Rent elderly apartment. The rent charge is based on a percentage of the monthly household income which includes all utilities. An on-site coin operated washer and dryer is available within the building. There is a minimum rent charge of $150. Applicants must be 55 or older and because of the NAHASDA funding source, applicants must provide a copy of their tribal enrollment card in order to be eligible.

Craig

A 3 bedroom Low Rent rental home. The rent charge is based on 30 percent of the monthly household income which includes all utilities except for electricity. There is a minimum rent charge of $150. Because of the NAHASDA funding source, applicants must provide a copy of their tribal enrollment card in order to be eligible.

Haines 

1 bedroom Low Rent elderly apartment. The rent charge is based on a percentage of the monthly household income which includes all utilities. An on-site coin operated washer and dryer is available within the building. There is a minimum rent charge of $150. Applicants must be 55 or older and because of the NAHASDA funding source, applicants must provide a copy of their tribal enrollment card in order to be eligible.

Hoonah

3 & 4 bedroom Low Rent rental home. The rent charge is based on 30 percent of the monthly household income which includes all utilities except for electricity. There is a minimum rent charge of $150. Because of the NAHASDA funding source, applicants must provide a copy of their tribal enrollment card in order to be eligible.

Juneau 

(Multiple Vacancies) A Single Room Occupancy unit located at the Harbor Inn in downtown Juneau next to the Douglas Bridge. The rent charge is $950 and includes all utilities as well as basic cable and internet. An on-site coin operated washer and dryer is located within the building. Maximum occupancy is 2 persons. Maximum stay of 6 months.

Juneau 

2 bedroom Tax Credit rental home located in Glacier Village. Rent is $1087 per month. Tenant is responsible for electricity. Income qualifications are set at 50% of the Median Family Income. This unit is open to anyone regardless of race and is considered public housing. An applicant file is in process for this unit and eligibility is in the process of being determined. We are still accepting applications.

Juneau 

3 bedroom Tax Credit rental home located in Glacier Village. Rent is $1511 per month. Tenant is responsible for oil, electricity, and trash collection. Income qualifications are set at 60% of the Median Family Income. This unit is open to anyone regardless of race and is considered public housing. Kake 

1 & 2 bedroom Low Rent elderly apartment. The rent charge is based on a percentage of the monthly household income which includes all utilities. Klawock  

1 bedroom Low Rent elderly apartment. The rent charge is based on a percentage of the monthly household income which includes all utilities. A 4 bedroom Home Ownership Assistance Program (HOAP) home. The rent charge is based on 28 percent of the monthly household income. Tenant will be responsible for all utilities. A down payment of $1,500 is due upon move in. Because of the NAHASDA funding source applicants must provide a copy of their tribal enrollment card in order to be eligible.

Saxman  

1 bedroom Low Rent elderly apartment. The rent charge is based on a percentage of the monthly household income which includes all utilities. The rent charge is based on 30 percent of the monthly household income which includes all utilities except for electricity. On-site coin operated washers and dryers are available within the building. The minimum rent charge is $500. Applicants must be 55 or older and because of the NAHASDA funding source, applicants must provide a copy of their tribal enrollment card in order to be eligible.

Wrangell

There is a minimum rent charge of $150. On-site coin operated washers and dryers are available within the building. This is public housing and is open to anyone regardless of race.
