Fireweed Place is not assisted living. The rent charge is $1175 for a One Bedroom, and $1200 for a One Bedroom plus. Tenant pays electricity, internet and telephone. This is a Fair Market Rent Building/ we do accept Section 8. This unit has electric heat and hot water, full kitchen, handicapped accessible apartment and building. Building has elevator. Currently Tier II Cable TV is included with rent. Security Deposit $600.00. Pet Deposit $300.00. Due upon move in with first month rent.
